Een planning is een indeling van de tijd, om deze weer anders in te richten!
Op mijn werk is de planning erg belangrijk. Elke week moet ingepland worden voor welke klanten ik ga werken. Hierbij moet rekening gehouden met de rest van het team, die uiteraard ook meegenomen moeten worden en met de wensen van de klant. Aan het begin van ons controlejaar is het voor het gehele jaar puzzelen wanneer we welke klant gaan bedienen. Dit betekend onderhandelen met je collega’s over de assistenten die je in wilt zetten, afspraken maken met de klanten en dan alles invoeren in het mooie planningsprogramma. Vanaf de eerste week dat de controles van start gaan lopen we al tegen de eerste planningswijzigingen aan. Hierdoor wijzigt de planning voor de komende maanden meteen. De planning schuift door naar de komende weken, tot het moment dat we tegen deadlines aankomen…
Ook thuis maak ik af en toe een planning. Zoals voor vanavond. Het huis heb ik lekker voor mij alleen, want vriendlief zit voor werk in het buitenland. Na een lekker diner met moeders en zusje had ik enkele zaken voor mezelf op de planning staan die ik graag had willen doen. Jullie lezen het goed, “had”! Ook in mijn privéleven loopt de planning niet zoals gehoopt. Vanavond had ik graag, naast mijn verplichte huishoudelijke taken, graag wat zaken willen doen voor mijn website. In mijn hoofd had ik een lijstje met de dingetjes die ik graag had willen doen. Nu de avond voorbij is, is het lijstje nog net zo lang als aan het begin van de avond, omdat er diverse zaken tussen zijn gekomen. We schuiven de planning door naar morgen!
