Vandaag gaan we lekker voor het eerst de piste op!! Iedereen heeft er zin in en zelfs het weer werkt mee. Het heeft vannacht helaas niet gesneeuwd, maar de pistes liggen er goed bij. De lucht was vandaag strak blauw, waardoor de zon lekker scheen.
Na een stevig ontbijt wordt het tijd dat we de gondel op gaan zoeken. Voordat ik, samen met Martine, met de snowboardles ga beginnen, gaan we eerst eens kijken wat we nog kunnen. Helaas is dat het eerste stukje erg weinig. We zijn het een beetje verleerd, maar het gaat de tweede keer al iets beter.
Na het zelf aanklooien is het tijd dat we ons gaan melden bij onze leraar. Samen met nog twee andere meiden gaan we starten met de les. Tot de lunch gaat het bij mij niet zoals ik wil. Het niveau waar ik vorig jaar geëindigd ben is nog lang niet terug.
Tijdens de lunch treffen we elkaar allemaal bij het restaurant op de piste. Dorien en Edwin zijn namelijk ook aan het lessen, Roel heeft de ochtend met Stan gespeeld in de sneeuw en de overige zijn wezen toeren.
Na de lunch gaat iedereen weer verder waar degene gebleven was voor de lunch. Na weer twee uur lessen voel ik m’n lichaam toch wel een beetje tegenstribbelen. Na de les toch nog maar één keer naar beneden, maar dan houd ik er toch echt mee op.
Nadat we met z’n alle nog een drankje hebben gedronken op de piste, gaan we met de gondel naar beneden. We gaan namelijk apres-skiën!!
M’n knieën hebben het zo zwaar te voortduren, dat ik het niet lang volhou in de Chin Chin. gelukkig heb ik gezelschap van Saskia en Stan. Met hen ga ik terug naar het hotel. Wanneer de hele club terug is van de Chin Chin gaan we lekker dineren.
Na het diner is iedereen zo gaar, dat we allemaal op tijd naar bed gaan. Ik neem fijn een potje tijgerbalsem mee, zodat ik m’n knieën eens even goed kan insmeren.
Hopelijk is de spierpijn morgen minder, maar liever helemaal weg!!!
