Vandaag zou weer een relaxte dag worden, zonnen, zwemmen en eten. We begonnen, na het heerlijke, te uitgebreide, ontbijt, aan een zonsessie op t strand. Lig je lekker bij de waterlijn in t zand te genieten van de zon, begint het te regenen (ach, wat maakt t uit, ik had het toch warm en t duurde maar enkele minuten). Zo’n regenbuitje kwam na een uurtje nog een keer.
Voordat we konden gaan lunchen besloten we bij het zwembad eerst nog een drankje te nemen. Bestel ik een slushpuppy, gooit de barman een flinke scheut Barcardi erbij (ach, wat maakt t uit, ben met vakantie, dan mag ik best gek doen).
De lunch was ook zeer uitgebreid. We kunnen ons hier echt helemaal vol vreten. gelukkig kunnen wij ons goed beheersen, maar als je sommige hier ziet…
Na de lunch besloten we maar in de schaduw op het strand verder uit te rusten, aangezien het in de zon niet meer uit te houden is. En wat denk je dat gebeurt?? Na een ruim uurtje te hebben geslapen in de schaduw, zijn we beide helemaal verbrand (ach wat maakt t uit, dan smeren we toch goed met aftersun). We besluiten het strand maar te verlaten en een snack te halen bij t zwembad, om deze in de schaduw op te eten.
Toen de snack op was, wilde ik erg graag naar binnen, aangezien de zon toch nog haar werk doet in de schaduw.
Ook het diner was weer heerlijk en hebben we onze koffie weer gehaald bij de Starbucks aan de overkant.
Tevens heb ik mijn eerste echte aankoop gedaan. Ik heb een horloge gekocht. Alleen jammer dat de korting op een giftcard gestort werd (ach, wat maakt t uit, dan heb ik toch geen korting).
Na het shoppen hebben we nog wat gechilld in de lounge, waarna we heerlijk ons bedje in zijn gegaan. Natuurlijk eerst nog even goed insmeren met aftersun…
