Het is alweer een flinke tijd geleden dat ik op deze site een post heb gezet. Mijn laatste update kwam uit USA. Sinds die tijd is er flink wat veranderd.
Toen ik in USA op weg was naar New York was ik zwanger, maar wilde dat nog niet publiekelijk maken. Helaas hebben de zwangerschapshormonen ervoor gezorgd dat ik voor de eerste keer in mijn leven last kreeg van heimwee. Na twee nachten New York heb ik besloten om toch maar terug naar huis te gaan.
De rest van de zwangerschap heb ik goed doorstaan en heb ik erg genoten van deze prachtige tijd. Op 12 november 2014 is onze dochter Alies geboren. Het is een hele verandering in mijn leven, maar wat is het heerlijk. Alies maakt het ons erg makkelijk door heel lief te zijn.
Volgende week vrijdag is mijn verlof afgelopen en mag ik weer aan het werk. Ik kijk er erg naar uit om weer wat anders te doen dan knuffelen, voeden en luiers verschonen. Even mijn hersenen weer gebruiken.
Ook ga ik mijn eigen hobby’s weer oppakken: theater en sporten. Ik ga proberen om de komende tijd meer te bloggen over van alles en nog wat. En hopelijk jullie te vermaken met mijn belevenissen. Ik kan niet beloven dat het niet over poepluiers zal gaan…
