Vanavond mag ik eindelijk weer een keer naar Les Misérables. In Nederland heb ik de show al een aantal keren gezien. Toen ik de vorige keer in Londen was, wilde ik al graag naar Les Mis, maar toen was het helaas uitverkocht. Nu maar ruim van te voren een kaartje gekocht.
Wat een mooie show blijft dit toch. In het begin moest ik een beetje inkomen. Ik heb de cd van de Nederlandse cast helemaal grijs gedraaid, waardoor ik in het Nederlands in mijn hoofd aan het meezingen was. Na een paar scenes was dat gelukkig verdwenen.
De Engelse tekst is werkelijk prachtig om te horen. Misschien toch wel mooier dan de Nederlandse versie. De spelers zijn stuk voor stuk talenten. In elke rol staat een topper en blaast iedereen in de zaal weg.
Na deze show heb ik wel weer heimwee naar de Nederlandse cast. Hopelijk komt deze show snel weer terug en wordt er weer een blik met talent opengetrokken.
